Ms. Jiang has be at the helm of Desay Automation Technology since 2007; shaping the company's successful smart factory and automotive technologies units. Expert in strategic positioning in the Great Bay's ecosystem, Ms. Jiang launched Desay into top automotive supply chain for Benz, Audi, BMW, etc. She is an advisor to many government units and have built countless international collaborations.

Mr. Keith LEUNG

Innovation Lead, Personal Care, Philips Electronics

B.Eng, University of Iowa and EMBA, CUHK
Mr. Leung focuses on value stream creation, and drives consumer centric innovation. Previously worked in different discipline as Project Director and Purchasing Director. Before Philips, worked for multi-national companies including IBM corp., Dixon Stores Group, and AMP. Totally 20+ years of experiences in electrical and electronics appliances industry.

Mr. Scott MAGUIRE

Vice President, Global Engineering and Operations, Dyson

B. Eng, Glasgow
Mr. Maguire worked in a number of RDD & Ops teams within Dyson and led early stage technology innovation as head of the research before becoming the RDD Director in 2012. Since then he has developed over 50 products in the Floorcare, Environmental Control, Personal Care, Professional and Robotics categories. In 2014, he became Global Engineering Director.

Ms. Flora MAN

Regional Sales Director, Analog Devices Southern China Area

B. Eng of Radio Communication, NUPT
Ms. Man has over 27 years sales & marketing experience focusing on China semiconductor market. Serving in global companies Memec and ADI, she has served key roles on go-to-market execution such as key account, territory, end market segment. Most recently, she leads her team in active development of emerging market and new business model in South China Bay Area.

Mr. Shuo YANG

Director of Intelligent Navigation Technologies at DJI

B.Eng and M.Phil, HKUST
Mr. Yang is involved in developing flight control and navigation technologies for several DJI flagship products, such as the Inspire 1, Phantom 4 and Matrice 100 drones and the A3 flight controller. He has coauthored 4 academic papers and obtained near 10 US patents. Shuo is also leading an educational robotics competition project called RoboMaster at DJI.
